Do you take custom orders for vehicles or liveries?

Yes, we are currently accepting custom orders for liverys and vehicles unlocked and locked variants. Please note: Custom orders can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to complete depending on booking availability.

Do you provide support for locked 3rd party models?

Yes and no, We will only take possession of 3rd party models to provide support fixing the following issues; Broken/bugged Lights, Liverys and isssues with carcols.meta ect...

I have a problem with my product, it is not working properly, can you help?

Great news, you can receive help from our support department via "https://tdscustomfiles.com/support" Simply explain your issue, and a member of the department will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note: Proof of purchase may be required.

Do other people sell your models?

Yes and No, once a custom order is purchased it's theirs to own not rent/lease therefore, we believe it's up to our customer to sell their property. On the other hand, our licensed products or rented services, Including but not limited to; CAD's/MDT's, Game Servers, Private assets, and Backend access is kept secure & Locked. Please note: All of our 3D Models are purchased as unlocked files, including; z3d, STL and OBJ "Not all Files are Game Ready".
